簽到房里很多糖吃，最喜歡有chocolate夾心的那種，外面軟軟的，里面更軟。

Hugo師兄很帥很nice，華科機(jī)械研究生畢業(yè)后就進(jìn)了PG，一年不到就manage 2million的project，成熟穩(wěn)重，笑的很親切，而且很照顧師弟師妹，classic role model。

面試是一個(gè)中年大叔，依舊成熟穩(wěn)重，也許在我們覺(jué)得自己不夠成熟穩(wěn)重的時(shí)候，問(wèn)問(wèn)我們的弟弟妹妹師弟師妹，說(shuō)不定你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)成熟只是個(gè)年齡的概念。personality is complicated.

5個(gè)面試問(wèn)題，一個(gè)沒(méi)舉到例子，pass了。出來(lái)后覺(jué)得沒(méi)什么感覺(jué)，回到簽到房繼續(xù)吃糖，跟Hugo師兄說(shuō)有一題沒(méi)答上，他安慰說(shuō)一題半題不會(huì)有很大影響，叫我別擔(dān)心，雖然我壓根沒(méi)有擔(dān)心，但是還是很感激Hugo師兄的considerate。

整個(gè)面試感覺(jué)ok啊，就是西裝穿著不習(xí)慣，領(lǐng)帶有點(diǎn)緊，畢竟網(wǎng)投1000多人，最后進(jìn)一面的就50個(gè)，聽(tīng)說(shuō)都是華科和武大的，而且都基本是留學(xué)黃了的人。雖然不覺(jué)得自己有什么厲害的，但是現(xiàn)在至少不會(huì)覺(jué)得自己比不過(guò)別人。

準(zhǔn)備PG八大問(wèn)的`時(shí)候，回想了很多早已忘卻的那人那事，LP說(shuō)PG面試讓我有機(jī)會(huì)好好總結(jié)了一下大學(xué)的事，是一個(gè)階段性的結(jié)束和開(kāi)始。嗯，一直覺(jué)得過(guò)去了就不要再提起，一直覺(jué)得future才是最重要的，但是最近發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)該時(shí)常在自己腦海里來(lái)一次倒帶，好好重溫一下以前做對(duì)了的做錯(cuò)了的做傻了的，好好的認(rèn)識(shí)一下過(guò)去的自己。

面試路上，成熟是我的腳印。多謝loga的指導(dǎo)，陳錦霞的支持，還有某個(gè)一直被我煩住的XXYYZZ。

Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 29 years old, born in Hunan province. I graduated from Hunan University. My major is Accounting. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2002. I spent most of my time on study, and I’ve passed CET-6 during my university.

when i left college, i wanted to go into hotel and catering work so i took up a position as a receptionist to learn some front of house skills.

working for a chain of hotels opened up opportunities and i was accepted as a junior manager after 2 years and was promoted to front of house manager after another year. i then moved to a more prestigious hotel within the group as assistant manager reporting to the general manager and was there for 2 years gaining really good experience in budgeting and financial management, planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house: reception, concierge, reservations, food andbeverage operations and housekeeping.

i held full responsibility for staff management and motivation, food control and sales, wine and liquor stocks, including the planning and coordinating of menus, being very experienced and capable of advising customers on menu and wine choice. i am also acknowledged as being very good at meeting and greeting customers and organising table reservations.

after another 2 years i accepted a position as deputy manager of a privately owned, 400 year old converted yorkshire farmhouse set in 80 acres on the edge of the yorkshire wolds specialising in the highest levels of customer care and personal service with 14 guest bedrooms, 3 self catering cottages, conference and event facilities for up to 85 guests and a farmhouse restaurant & bar for up to 55 guests.

i have been fully accountable for the business performance of restaurants which involved analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and maintaining profitability and preparing regular reports for management. i have organised rotas for all departments i.e. housekeeping, reception weddings and events and the restaurant which covers breakfasts, lunches, conferences and dinners. i have also instigated and implemented a direct marketing strategy to increase sales leading to significant improvements in the restaurant business; i maximised sales revenues through up-selling and planning of marketing programmes.

so, when i saw your advert for the general manager’s position i was really excited as i had just started to think about looking for a similar role and i am confident of having the hotel and catering management skills and experience that you require. as i mentioned, i am extensively experienced in the trade, which includes front of house, restaurants, bar and functions management. with my excellent organizational ability and interpersonal skills i run operations efficiently and profitably, and provide the highest levels of customer service, in fact i was 20xx winner in the real welcome category of the welcome to yorkshire tourism awards.
